Personal Connection

Throughout my career, I have always chosen to lead with a heart of hospitality. My hospitality journey began at the front desk, where I learned that hospitality is ultimately about people. I then moved into revenue management, which let me manage revenue strategy for a diverse portfolio of hotels, and today I serve as a project manager in revenue support, bringing together hospitality, strategy, and project management.

While my roles have evolved, my hospitality heart has remained constant. I believe hospitality is about anticipating needs, creating meaningful experiences, and making people feel cared for, supported, and seen.

I chose to be involved with this nonprofit because I believe every child deserves the opportunity to simply be a child, even during some of the most difficult and uncertain moments of their lives. In this organization, we are able to bring comfort, excitement, and a sense of normalcy to children navigating healthcare.

What inspires me most is knowing that these moments allow children to still be children. For a moment, they can play, discover something they love, smile, and experience a little bit of the childhood they deserve.
